Visitors checking into the Birger Jarl will soon realise they are in the heart of Stockholm; close to restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Gamla Stan is a 5 minute walk away as is the central station. There is also a metro station next to the hotel which allows you easy access to all areas of the city. |

Breakfast includes a cold buffet, small hot dishes, eggs, waffles and seasonal fruit. Coffee with Danish pastries is perhaps not proper nutrition, but is very tasty. The hotel has many kinds of bread to match our various hams, cheeses, etc.
* Birgers Mastal:
Guests can enjoy a wide range of Swedish and international cuisine in this contemporary design restaurant with low-level lighting and wooden floors. Vegetarian and children’s menu available.
* Lobby Bar:
Guests can sample sandwiches, cakes, coffee and cocktails in the hub of the hotel lobby, decorated in vibrant red tones with bright red contemporary design armchairs and black tables.
* Health conscious guests can enjoy the hotel fitness center and sauna.

Hotel very friendly. Beautiful rooms, beautiful design. Breakfast Swedish and American, excellent. We also recommend the hotel restaurant. Fruit Baskets for the reception of the first day in the room.

gia' dall'esterno l'hotel risulta molto bello e curato, cosa che poi si ripete all'interno e soprattutto nelle stanze.

We booked the hotel for a weekend stay in Stockholm. Although it is located a little way out of the centre we enjoyed the walk of about 10 minutes into the city centre. Hotel has a nice bar area, we only used the restaurant for breakfast which was pretty compr...
