Guests are welcomed by totem poles and Easter Island statues at the hotel entrance, and the spacious atrium lobby has a pirate ship’s hull as a reception desk, columns that look like sail masts, and vintage maps on the walls. * Entertainment is centered around the Tropical Atrium, which includes the Secret Lagoon 20-meter (65-ft) indoor heated swimming pool with a separate toddler area, and the Seven Seas Raider shipwreck with waterslide. The Explorers Hotel at Disneyland Resort Paris also has a video-game room with air hockey tables , and an indoor playground with ball pit, slides, and a Tarzan swing, separated into two sections for children ages 2-4 and children 5-12 .
* The Disney Shop is open mornings and evenings; the hotel also has a candy shop, ATM machines, and a currency exchange. Two adjustable conference rooms can accommodate groups of 110 for receptions.
* The hotel has a Continental breakfast buffet, a bar area, two restaurants, and a takeaway pizza counter.
* Shuttles operate daily from the hotel to Disneyland, Disney Studios, Disney Village, and the TGV/RER train station (5-10 minutes). Parking is free at the hotel and at Disneyland Paris (with room card). Smoking in the hotel is allowed only in Smuggler’s Tavern and part of the Plantation Restaurant. |
