The Tryp Porto Expo hotel opened in March 1999. There are 120 rooms in the hotel, 3 of those are Suites, 40 for non-smokers and 1 for handicapped. The hotel also provides 12 meeting rooms with a full capacity of 600 people and a parking lot of 200 parking places. Recently the entire hotel was equipped with Wireless Internet connection.

FROM A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION VIA A1 FREEWAY
Enter Porto by crossing either Arrábida or Freixo bridges. From the freeway, follow the signe indicating Valença, Viana and Porto de Leixões (Harbour). Continue ahead on the IC1/A28 freeway in a northerly direction for approximately 4,5 km, after which the harbour is visible on the left-hand side. Take the Exponor exit, and once past Exponor, the hotel is situated straight ahead past a traffic circle.
FROM A NORTHERLY DIRECTION VIA A3 FREEWAY
Take the IC24 exit just past the tollgate following the Maia/Airport signs. Continue straight ahead in a westerly direction following the Matosinhos signs until finding the IC1/A28 freeway. Enter IC1/A28, continuing in a southerly direction for +/- 3 kms. - Take the Leça da Palmeira off-ramp and the hotel will be visible on the right-hand side. |
