An existing nationwide footprint of 140 hotels will be transformed to Hyatt Place hotels within the next 24 months. The innovative design of Hyatt Place sets a new benchmark for the Select Service industry. Hundreds of hours of research have been conducted with developers and consumers to create an exciting new hotel brand with a cost-per-key that is competitive with other major brands in the upscale Select Service category.
Located 22 miles from Birmingham in the upscale Riverchase area. The Hotel is ideally located for shopping at the adjacent Patton Creek Mall or only minutes away at the Riverchase Galleria, Alabama's largest shopping mall. An array of restaurants, movie theatres, and other shopping and entertainment facilities are also minutes away.
If visiting Riverchase on business, the hotel is strategically located near the Riverchase Corporate Park and the Chase Corporate Center, home to the headquarters of AmSouth Bank and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
