* A spacious lobby lounge offering a serene view of the adjacent landscaped gardens and swimming pool, the Songket Lounge presents an ideal rendezvous for guests to relax, unwind and enjoy a quiet drink or two. * Dine like a Maharajah. Bask in the splendour of a bygone era of the Maharajahs and savour the distinct aromasa of their specialty Northern Indian cuisine. Sagar offers an extensive selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, all elaborately prepared according to true Northern Indian cooking pot traditions: rich in taste, fragrantly endowed with a variety of exotic spices.
* The Grand Mahkota Ballroom, with its crystal chandeliers and separate spacious foyer, is one of Kuala Lumpur’s largest pillarless ballrooms, with a capacity to seat up to 2,000 guests for grand banquets. It is a preferred location for government ministerial events, international conventions, wedding receptions, product launches, corporate meetings and private celebrations.
The Ballroom is also accessible from its own separate entrance, along Jalan Nagasari, allowing convenient transportation of bulk equipment and/or vehicles for exhibition purposes.
Alternatively, the Grand Mahkota Ballroom is versatile enough to be further partitioned into three separate function rooms with capacities of between 70 – 900 guests.
* There are five multi-purpose Court Rooms of varied dimensions located adjacent to the Grand Mahkota Ballroom. They are: Zamrud Court, Nilam Court, Delima Court, Berlian Court and Baiduri Court. We had a large and very beautiful room on the 16th floor with a panorama view over the Petrona Towers. The breakfast buffet is the best possible and all service is definitely fivestar. We do recommend this fantastic hotel.
