Antigua and Barbuda are located near the top of the chain of Caribbean islands known as the Leeward Islands. Bordered by both the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean.

The Jolly Beach Resort fronts a white sand Caribbean beach 1.5 km (1 mi) long, on the island’s west coast; downtown St. John's is 10 km (6 mi) away and the airport is 16 km (10 mi) northeast.
