Well managed and service oriented, the hotel offers the guests large variety of facilities to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers. Everything in Mercure Fryderyk Chopin Hotel is intended to make every guest's stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

The large lobby is bright with huge windows overlooking the street in front of the hotel. There is a long pale wood reception desk, an open-plan and split level seating area and bar, coffee shop, as well a boutique. A modern sweeping staircase leads up to the fitness centre and conference rooms above.
