I was in Utrecht for a week, mainly meeting a guy. The NH provided me with such a great room we ended up spending more time in it than outside in the actual city itself! The lifts did seem a little slow, but nothing I would personally complain about. The bar on the top floor was also a very nice place, the view was great. The actual view from my room was spectacular as well.

Rooms were great.The bar on the top floor is a great place to meet up with friends and family.the hotel is a little bit of a walk to the center of town but not too far.The only complaint we had was the car park - be sure NOT to leave anything in your car. We had a rental with a cheap stereo - we came out the morning we were supposed to leave to a ripped out console and two broken windows. Not something you really want to deal with when you are on vacation :((

comfortable rooms, beds especially, spacious, warm, cleaner than clean............all you could wish for, coffee tea facilities, tv, etc....... Only problem were the terribly slow lifts, it took me 15 mins to get a lift on checking out day. The breakfast food was acceptable but lacked imagination, and heat.

Let me just begin by saying I was in Utrecht for business for roughly three months and the NH was a wonderful place to rest my head for three months. The town itself has a lot to offer in regards to sight seeing. It is a smaller version of Amsterdam, but still has alot for one to see. There is a canal that runs through central Utrecht that has plenty of shops and restaraunts to spend a day touring and taking pictures. There is Utrecht main train station right across the street from the hotel and you can be downtown Amsterdam in 20 minutes! Overall the service at the hotel was great. I would suggest for those of you that have never had a shoarma, to walk across the street to the middle eastern district and get you a shoarma, you will thank me later. Be sure to put the chili sauce and the garlic sauce on it! Enjoy your time in the Netherlands, and while you are there you should definitely swing on over to Brussels, it is only a couple of hours by bus.
