* The smoke-free Kiahuna Plantation offers guests an opportunity to experience, in contemporary comfort, the 19th-century Hawaiian era of sugar plantations and prim missionaries. Widely spaced on 33 acres of natural grounds and interspersed with gardens and lava-rock ponds, 42 white plantation-style buildings face Poipu Beach, once declared by the world's foremost expert as America's best. Access to upper floors is by outside stairs, not elevators. Wireless Internet access is available in public areas.
* Guests enjoy access to the Kiahuna Swim and Tennis Club, which is located on the north side of the hotel, just across Poipu Road. It features a lagoon-shaped pool with a shallow children’s area, a jetted spa, and a waterslide. Other features include 10 tennis courts, a tennis shop, restaurant, and activity hut with towels, sunscreen, and cameras.
