According to the rules regarding tourist location, as issued by Assessorato al Turismo of Municipality and Province of Florence the hotel is not allowed anymore to providE flats with sheets and towels.

* Check in is due from 2 pm to 5 pm. customers that are willing to check in after the office hour should inform at least two working days prior to the date of check in.

SERVICIOS DE LA HABITACIÓN

* Comfortable apartments suites from Studio Deluxe (40 square meters) to 2 Bedrooms Executive Suite (110 square meters). All Suites have been restored with beamed ceiling and typical Cotto Florentine style floor. Some Suites have original Frescos dated from 16th Century. Sheets and towels can be rented. Such service is optional, and in case customers did not want it, they shall inform 48 hours at least before their arrival.
